While we strive to offer the highest quality products from verified sellers, we understand that situations may arise where returns become necessary. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, how the process works, and what customers should expect.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products purchased on MallTica may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  1. The item is defective, damaged, or not as described on the product page.
  2. An incorrect item was delivered (wrong product, size, color, etc.).
  3. The buyer changed their mind and the seller’s policy permits returns for this reason.
Please note: Not all sellers accept "change of mind" returns. Always review the seller’s return policy on the product page before making a purchase.

2. Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

Certain categories of products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or digital nature. These include but are not limited to:

  1. Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  2. Products that have been used, show signs of wear, or have been tampered with.
  3. Personal or intimate goods (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) and perishables (e.g., food, flowers).
  4. Digital items, such as eBooks, gift cards, downloadable software, or subscriptions.

3. Return Request Window

Buyers must initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. Requests made after this window may not be accepted, unless under exceptional circumstances.

4. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unused and in original condition.
  2. All original packaging, labels, manuals, and tags must be intact.
  3. Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order number, invoice, or confirmation email).
  4. Any freebies, gifts, or accessories included in the order must also be returned.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subjected to restocking fees.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact the Seller

  1. Log in to your MallTica account.
  2. Go to your order history and locate the order.
  3. Message the seller directly to initiate the return request.
  4. The seller is expected to respond within 3 business days with instructions.

Step 2: Escalate to MallTica (If Needed)

If the seller fails to respond or if you’re not satisfied with their resolution, contact our support team:

  2. Provide your Order ID, a detailed description of the issue, and photo/video evidence (if applicable).

6. Return Shipping

  1. Buyers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to seller error or a faulty/damaged item.
  2. For bulky or high-value items, return logistics may be arranged by the seller or MallTica.
  3. Return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

7. Refunds and Replacements

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, the following resolutions may apply:

Refunds

  1. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  2. If a refund to the original method is not possible, MallTica store credit may be issued.

Replacements/Exchanges

  1. If requested and approved, a replacement item will be dispatched once the return is confirmed.
  2. Exchange availability depends on stock and seller agreement.

8. Seller-Specific Return Policies

Each seller on MallTica may maintain their own return policy. These policies are clearly listed on each product page. Customers are advised to review the seller’s return policy before placing an order, especially for high-value or sensitive items.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear images or videos showing the issue.
  3. After investigation, MallTica may approve a full refund, replacement, or repair service depending on the severity and nature of the issue.

10. Abuse or Fraudulent Claims

MallTica takes fraudulent or abusive return claims seriously. We reserve the right to:

  1. Deny returns if misuse is suspected.
  2. Suspend accounts that repeatedly abuse the return system.
  3. Take legal action in cases of deliberate fraud.

11. Policy Updates

MallTica reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the MallTica website.
